Niagara's rosés are all over the map in terms of style and quality, but Paul Bosc's effort is consistently one of the best. Made from Pinot Noir, it shows aromas of sour cherry, watermelon, white pepper and lavender. It's very much in tune with the south of France/Tavel style.
