REVIEW: 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate Bottled

Monday, April 14
Steve Thurlow

A well balanced fruity cabernet with a delicate nose of black cherry, pencil lead with forest floor and herbal accents. It is midweight with some nice mouthwatering acidity and just enough tannin for grip on the finish. Very good length. Will gain in complexity with another couple of years of bottle age. Best 2015 to 2018. Try with a steak.
