REVIEW: 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate Bottled
A ripe, firm cabernet with just the right amount of acids to prove juicy and the appropriate level of tannins to give a solid scaffolding to the wine. Notes of blackberry, graphite, thyme, dried leaf and cedar present themselves on the distinctive palate. Elegant, taught and age-worthy. Very good length. Tasted April 2014.
